Week 478 to 482 - South Australia - May 2018

Our blog has taken a back seat over the last few months. 22 weeks in fact.

So we are going to attempt to catch up to where we are now by giving you a collage of photographs with a few captions and a list of towns we have been through since our last contact.

To complete our catch up, we will publish one month at a time, then we should be business as usual.

St Kilda
Moonta
Port Pirie
Port Augusta
Hawker
Rawnsley Park Station,Wilpena Pound
Craddock
Terowie
Kimba
Moonta - A day out on the town at Moonta.
Lots of historic places and people including
Peter and Trish Jackson

Moonta ex copper mine - Moonta is dotted
with relics from the past, however, the buildings
are crumbling away slowly and could be lost forever.

Quorn - God has an invested interest in my
lifestyle. I religiously frequent his buildings.

Pichi Richi Railway (what looks like)
a model railway just outside Port Augusta
 on the way to Quorn

Pichi Richi train departing QuornThe smoke,
the steam, the haze, the pollution of yesterday year

Wilpena Pound - Wilpena will give you a
pound for everytime you climb this hill......
Not just another building from the past,
a building that cannot be repeated.
